Return Policy

At TorontoOnlinePharmacy.pharmacy, all sales of prescription medications and over-the-counter (OTC) products are final. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any prescription or OTC medications once they have been dispensed or delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. We will review the issue and provide a resolution as necessary.
